"When we are balanced everything makes sense" Swami Brahmananda

Saska was born in Croatia where the movement was integral to her life. At the age of four, she begun training in classical ballet, and later in modern dance and rhythmical gymnastics. This taught her discipline and commitment from very early on.

At the age of twelve, she made a discovery at the local library, which later helped shape her life...A forbidden book on Yoga became her daily source of practice. In communist Croatia, Eastern philosophies were discouraged and there was no such thing as a yoga studio.

Wanting to know more, Saska studied philosophy at the University of Zagreb, and entered a community of artists as the war broke out in her homeland. In a declaration of peace, she set her paintings on fire and let them fly from tall buildings. When the war ended, Saska moved to New Zealand and Australia. For the next eight years, she lived and worked as an actress, appearing in internationally acclaimed feature films.

Continuing to study and practice yoga, she was involved in a near-fatal accident one day on her way to practice. She was hit and run over by a car. This life-changing event led to being bedridden for the next three months. Doctors told her she would not walk or move properly again. She pretended she didn't hear this, and guided by intuition, she turned inwards on a journey of self-healing. Since moving was not possible, all the philosophy and knowledge she had gathered over the years would now be put into practice in the experimental aproach within her own mind. All she knew she had was the power of her mind. At this time, at the very young age of 20, intuitive knowledge on healing downloaded into her heart, and from that moment on she knew exactly how to heal herself. She utilized dailyb visualization and mindfulness techniques to help her body heal.

Once healed Saska moved to Hollywood to continue her work as an actress. Ironically, Hollywood brought more interest in spirituality than in pursuing an acting career. She became certified as an international Kundalini yoga teacher, Pre, and Post-natal yoga teacher and a yoga teacher to children, specializing in children with special needs. Her last training was in Sivananda style Hatha yoga in the Bahamas, where she took a profoundly rewarding and super rigorous advanced training becoming a master of Hatha yoga (500 hours yoga Alliance). Guided by inner guidance, and the belowed Teacher of Sivananda Lineage, Swami Brahmananda, she studies, practeces and teaches daily.

Through the ancient practice of breathing techniques, yoga postures, meditation, mantras, etc, Saska intuitively guides her students to heal what needs to be healed with love and acceptance and to cultivate positive mind and a kind heart. Grateful to her numerous teachers on the path who continue to guide her, she shares the Knowledge to inspire compassion, kindness, and joy towards ourselves and others. She is on a mission of bringing these timeless practices to as many adults and children as possible.
