PRIVATE SESSIONS
Each session is either 45 min coaching session in which you are guided towards whatever the goal is, or up to 1.5 h of physical practice consisting of yoga/movement, meditation, and relaxation. Both are designed to meet your individual needs.
To schedule 45 min coaching sessions, please contact me.
To schedule 1.5 h practice please see the signup button below for 1 or 4 sessions. The practice sessions may incorporate most of the following:
