1.5 h sessions designed to better any aspect of your life and may consist of:
- Asanas - Yoga postures.
- Kriyas - repetitive movements synchronized with the breath.
- Pranayama - aka breathwork, breathing in awareness techniques, which move and distribute the subtler levels of breath, aka Prana or life-force, through body, and mind. You will experience more energy, clarity, and emotional balance.
- Mantras - meditative practice of repetition of high-frequency words to purify the obstacles in heart and mind.
- Meditation - single-pointed or contemplative techniques that literally help the neurological rewiring of the brain and ultimately lead to harmonizing you and awakening you to your true purpose in life. With the practice of meditation regularly over time, you will experience a greater sense of well-being, emotional balance, less stress, and improvement in all aspects of your life.
- Visualization techniques - powerful mindfulness tool which utilizes the imagination and concentration to train the mind for positive thinking and manifesting capacity.
- Auto Suggestions - affirmations and imprint of positive beliefs into your subconscious mind in order to better life.
- Chakra Alignment - alignment of energy centers along the spine and head. When chakras are balanced and energy flows through them unobstructed, our life is also in balance and a greater sense of ease and abundance emerges in our human experience.
- Qi Gong - the sequential flow of slower movements, breath, and internal attention to activate and move the subtle lifeforce we call energy in the body and mind and promote complete equilibrium, healing, and vitality.
- Sound Healing, and/or Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation techniques with Gong, Crystal Bowls, or specially curated music frequencies and autosuggestive words to deeply relax your body and mind to reach deeper states of the subconsciousness in which the body is more receptive to healing and the mind is capable of deeper and profound learning, and growth.
